Bollywood A-lister Alia Bhatt made her debut as the first Indian ambassador of the luxury fashion brand Gucci earlier this week and the internet is anything but impressed.
Alia Bhatt made her debut appearance as the ambassador at the cruise show in Gyeongbokgung Palace of Seoul earlier this week, wearing the high-end brand from head to toe. She sported a black mini dress with cutout details, platform heels and the signature 1961 Jackie transparent bag by Gucci.

While her look received mixed reviews from fashion critics, the social users seemed to be having their attention only towards her transparent bag, which even bothered them more for being empty.

Reacting to her pictures shared by an Indian fashion magazine, netizens took the opportunity to roast the diva for carrying an empty bag at an international show.
“Bag is empty so why is Alia carrying [it],” an Instagrammer wrote in the comments section, to which, another added, “Hence proved inke bags khali hote hai [Their bags are empty].”
“Bro the purse is meant to hold a few things at least,” someone lamented.
“If not an empty bag, is that a water bottle? Can’t think of anything else,” another joked.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Bhatt was last seen in ‘Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva’ – her first film with her real-life husband Ranbir Kapoor. She is currently awaiting the release of ‘Rocky Aur Rani ki Prem Kahaani’ with Ranveer Singh and her Hollywood debut ‘Heart of Stone’ with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
